☐ STANDARD USAGE RIGHTS (Included with $50 Participation Fee)

I grant Reminiscent Road Media, LLC the following rights:

• Use of my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with this project
• Publication on Reminiscent Road Media's website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Use in digital and print marketing materials promoting "Framing Houston: Men of the Moment"
• Inclusion in project lookbooks, PDF publications, and digital magazines related to this project
• Use in portfolio presentations and award submissions by Reminiscent Road Media
• Attribution as a collaborator on all publicly shared content featuring my image
• Sale or licensing of images to third-party publications, brands, or advertisers
• Use in commercial advertisements, product endorsements, or sponsored content
• Unlimited editorial and commercial use across all media formats (print, digital, broadcast, etc.)
• Derivative works including digitally altered or composite images
• Sublicensing rights to authorized partners

Watermarked images will be provided for my personal promotional use.

Limitations:

• Images may NOT be sold, licensed, or sublicensed to third parties for commercial gain without my written consent
• Images may NOT be used in advertisements for products or services unrelated to this project without additional compensation

What I Will Receive:

Standard Rights participants receive:

• Five (5) fully retouched, watermarked digital images in high resolution
• Attribution credit on all public posts featuring my image

Ownership:

• Reminiscent Road Media, LLC retains copyright and ownership of all photographs and video footage
• I may use watermarked images for personal promotional purposes with proper credit to Reminiscent Road Media
• I may purchase additional non-watermarked images at discounted rates (pricing available upon request)

I agree to the following:

No Behind-the-Scenes Posts Until Launch:
I will NOT post behind-the-scenes photos, videos, or details of my final look until the official project launch in February 2026 (specific date to be announced).

Approved Teasers Only:
I MAY post approved teaser content including:

• Close-up details (tie, accessories, silhouettes)
• Black and white behind-the-scenes images that do not reveal my final styled look
• Text-based announcements about my participation (with project approval)

Post-Launch Promotion:
After the official February 2026 launch, I agree to:

• Share all project post on my primary social media platform for up to 60 days
• Tag @reminiscentroadmedia and use project hashtags provided
• Include proper photo credit: "📷 @reminiscentroadmedia"
• If posting your own posts, set “Reminiscent Road Media” social media pages as a collaborator when the feature is available on the intended social media page.

Embargo Period: From January 24, 2026 until official project launch (February 2026)

I acknowledge receipt and or submission of the following:

• ☐ Minimum of Five (5) fully retouched watermarked digital images
• ☐ Attribution credit on project materials
• ☐ Access to project appreciation tokens
• ☐ Networking opportunity with the Houston creative community

This constitutes full compensation for the rights granted under Standard Usage.

By signing below, I certify that:

• I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement
• I have read and understand all terms of this release
• I grant permission voluntarily without coercion or duress
• I release and hold harmless Reminiscent Road Media, LLC, Open Door Ventures LLC, and all project staff from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of my image as outlined in this agreement
• I understand this agreement is binding and may be used in Texas courts under Texas law
• I have been provided an opportunity to ask questions and seek independent legal counsel if desired

I agree to conduct myself professionally on set and adhere to all project guidelines including:

• No plus ones or guests
• Professional grooming standards
• Punctuality and respect for scheduled call times
• Respectful collaboration with crew and other participants

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reminiscent Road Media, LLC from any claims by third parties arising from false information I have provided or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials I may have contributed.

I understand that this release is irrevocable once signed. Once images are published, I cannot withdraw permission for their continued use under the terms selected above.

I have carefully read this Model Release and Usage Agreement. I understand its contents and sign this document voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance.
